UNFOLDING: He Accused Major Democrat Of Pedophilia…Look Where He Was just Found DEAD!

A man who made startling accusations towards a former Seattle Mayor and was just found dead in random hotel room. Former Mayor Ed Murray was forced to resign after the man accused him of repeatedly paying for sex while the man was still a teenage boy. His name is Delvonn Heckard and his accusations prompted others to accuse former Mayor Murray of similar allegations involving child sexual abuse. One of the other men who accused Murray of sexual abuse was his cousin, Joseph Dyer, who was the fifth overall person to accuse Murray of sexually related crimes against children and teenagers.

Heckard had filed a lawsuit against Murray, reportedly accusing Murray of paying him for sex when he was a teenager in the 1980’s. Then other people accused Murray of similar crimes that apparently took place while they lived in Portland, Oregon. Heckard more recently filed a lawsuit against the former Democrat Mayor, who eventually resigned from his political position. The accusations of child sex crimes had ended Murray’s political career as the Mayor of Seattle, but he declines the incidents ever happened.

Heckard recently received a $100,000 settlement check of a $150,000 settlement, in December of 2017, from the city of Seattle. He was the only accuser to take him to court for the allegations of child sex abuse. The settlement came as a result of Heckard dropping charges against Murray.

Heckard was recently found dead in a hotel room of what authorities have listed as a drug overdose. He was suffering from years of abusing various drugs and once claimed that his attempt to be sober, and the passing of his father, are what brought him to confront the former alleged sexual predator. It’s thought that his years of drug abuse stem from the events that may have taken place where he was allegedly given money for sex.

Seattle Times reported more on the hotel death:
“In my opinion, a hero died today,” attorney Lincoln Beauregard said Friday morning.

The King County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed Heckard’s death on Friday afternoon, noting the official cause and manner of his death are pending.

About 2:05 a.m., police and fire medics responded to a room at the Auburn Motel on Auburn Way South for the apparent drug overdose of a middle-aged black male, Auburn Assistant Chief Bill Pierson said early Friday.

Pierson, who declined to identify Heckard, said medics unsuccessfully attempted to resuscitate the man. Police interviewed a witness, he said, and found “some type of medication in the room, as well as some illicit drug paraphernalia.”

Heckard had been in recovery for addiction to cocaine and other illicit drugs when he sued Murray in April, alleging Murray had repeatedly paid him for sex in the late 1980s when he was a teenager.

Heckard turned 47 on Valentine’s Day. He recently received a $100,000 payment as part of a $150,000 settlement with the city of Seattle to dismiss his suit against Murray and the city. Beauregard said he had set up a trust account for Heckard so he wouldn’t spend the money too quickly.”

This story will travel in many directions. Some will suggest that Heckard is a known drug addict with a criminal history and overlook the hotel death as just another drug overdose. Others might suggest that Heckard was murdered by being fed drugs because that would be believable due to his history of drug use. Investigations will determine the official cause of death and determine if there was any foul play. The story is expected to be bent 100 different ways, so it’s critically to wait until the official details are released and then analyze the information afterward.

There is potential for a revenge plot from Murray, to take out Heckard with his favorite poisons. However, that would effectively end the life of Murray if he’s ever accused or caught in a murder plot. Would he do that after the charges against him were already dropped and settled? One would hope not.

The other side could be that Heckard began spending his settlement money on hard drugs and did this to himself by accident. That’s something that a toxicology report might be able to determine. One might wonder if he spent his settlement money on drugs, or if he was still attempting to be sober, then why would he be into drugs again?
